General Laborer
Entry Level/ Full Time
Schedule/Shift: Monday through Friday, sometimes weekends
Location: Willamette Valley/Dallas, area
Compensation: $15-$40 per hour, depending on experience.

We are rapidly recruiting a highly motivated General Laborer to join our team!

This position is responsible for completing various labor tasks to produce quality results and projects within a timely manner. General Laborer is responsible for performing the general day to day tasks as laid out by onsite Foreman or Senior Administration. This position will also require the laborer to always display a professional and courteous
attitude with customers and other team members.
Job Duties
Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
Loading and unloading materials and equipment
Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures
Digging, trenching, compacting earth and back filling hole/trenches
Operating and tending to, power tools and equipment
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
As a successful laborer you’ll have to:
Maintain and help foster a positive and team-oriented atmosphere.
Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.
High school diploma or GED.
Can work Monday through Friday, sometimes weekends.
Must be reliable and dependable.
Must maintain professional appearance, site cleanliness and safety will accordance with company policy
and OR-OSHA
Use and understand basic hand and power tools.
Understand basic construction terminology and print readings.
The ability to understand and follow directions/ instructions from supervisors and implementing plans both
verbally and non-verbally.
Excellent hand/eye coordination, balance, physical awareness of surroundings, navigate uneven
surroundings.
Be able to lift (up to ~40-60lbs), crouch, bend and stand for long periods of time.
